Holy Family Catholic School Student Inspired by St. Carlo Acutis

Help LA Fund Donors Blessed Over 500 Families and Individuals with a New Beginning
After the wildfires swept through Los Angeles County in January 2025, many looked to the Catholic Church as a beacon of hope. With guidance from their parish, more than 500 families and individuals received over $1.2 million in aid from the Help LA Fund, created and managed by OCF. Among them, the Perez family shared, “Because of you, we didn’t have to start from the bottom.”

Christ Cathedral Cultural Center Renamed to Honor Philanthropic Legacy
With over a million visitors a year, you’ll find people from all walks of life on the Christ Cathedral campus. The conversations that unfold on the Catholic campus and its ecumenical spaces are a beautiful reflection of what Richard “Dick” Pickup envisioned when he supported the transformation of the Crystal Cathedral into Christ Cathedral. Now, every event or special gathering held within the walls of the newly renamed Richard H. Pickup Cultural Center will become part of his philanthropic legacy.

A Family’s Enduring Gift Built on Sacrifice and Given in Love
