Technology Grants

The Orange Catholic Foundation (OCF) Technology Grants Committee is responsible for making distributions of the OCF Technology Fund to requesting schools and parishes for the addition or improvement of their technology to enhance learning. These grants are made possible from a NextWave lease and from the generous donors in the Diocese of Orange who make gifts to the OCF Technology Fund.

OVERVIEW OF GRANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants must be a Catholic school/parish/campus in the Diocese of Orange. (The school district office will be considered a school.)
  • Grant applications can be submitted online as needed. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Depending on the time of year or the urgency of the grant request, the review process can take as little as one week to as much as a few months.
  • Grants are to be used primarily to provide enhanced learning opportunities that will benefit the students, teachers, parishioners, priests, and religious within the Diocese of Orange.
  • All grant recipients must submit a progress report to the Orange Catholic Foundation.
  • There is a limited amount of IT grant money available, and not all applications can be funded.

HOW TO APPLY:

  • Grant applications are online and can be accessed by logging in at below. (Note that this online form is supported only on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. At this point, the form will NOT run on Internet Explorer versions 8 and below, and while functioning, versions 9 and above are not yet completely supported. Using Safari on a PC is not officially supported.)

  • Please create only one login account/one application per organization. The login email associated with your application should be that of the main contact person for your grant application.

  • Applications must be authorized by the person requesting the grant (Principals, Pastors, etc.)
