Renowned Chef and restaurateur, Pascal Olhats will host a unique dining experience at the Christ Cathedral campus the evening of July 17. This first of its kind event will offer exquisite four course prix fixe menu, an exceptional wine selection and an evening of musical entertainment – all within the inspiring edifice of the Christ Cathedral Cultural Center, designed by famed architect Richard Meier. Guests will be greeted with a champagne cocktail and live musical entertainment, all included as part of this experience. An incredible wine paring is also offered.

Chef Pascal is the owner of Épicerie Pascal and Café Jardin in Newport Beach and Pascal’s Tea Garden Creperie in Corona Del Mar. Chef Pascal is held in wide esteem and has been honored by Wine Spectator with an Award of Excellence and received the 2006 Restaurant Hall of Fame National Award.
Chef Pascal will donate a portion of the net proceeds to the Christ Cathedral food bank to be used to feed the poor and homeless.
